The paper industry consumes huge amounts of wood. Every fifth tree that is felled in our world ends up in paper production. About 20 percent of these trees come from virgin forests. In addition, large amounts of energy, water and chemicals are consumed to obtain beautiful bright paper from the wood fibres.

The spread of bed bugs is not a topic that people like to talk about. Bed bugs are perceived as disgusting and leave bites, yet do not transmit pathogens. They occur all year round and worldwide and are mainly introduced through travel.
